★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elevator usually doesn't work. I tried to upload some scary elevator videos but this wont let me attach video. Call buzzer doesn't work. Building is dirty!! Renos done unprofessionally - snap together flooring isnt secured and moves. Missed paint around switches and plugs and drips on floors and shower. Vents fall out of the roof. Electrical panel is upside down heh. Maintenance requests on the maintenance portal never get answered. Resident managers (3 in 6 months), dont respond to texts. Assigned parking but took them 4 tries and 3 weeks to guess which one was vacant, costing me street parking and causing issues between tenants. Took 5 months to get a copy of my lease that I only got after going to the head office. Gave a bad review of Mainstreet head office, to which they replied someone would get ahold of me asap and never did shockingly. Location is great and I've made the best of my apartment so thats why I still gave 2 stars. Overall, most of the things Mainstreet promised they didnt provide and ive paid rent and fulfilled my part of the lease. Not worth the almost $1200 when nothing works.
