★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never answers phone..goes straight to voicemail greeting and does not return voicemails. Voicemail greeting states that calls will be returned within 24 hrs. I left several messages last wk and no one has called me back. Go somewhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the ultrasound appointment on September 28 th at 11:30 am. I was not feeling very comfortable.My ultrasound technician was Sheila at Family First Medical Clinic.She was very professional , efficient and made me feel at ease.She explained the procedure and I felt calm.Her manner with patients is amazing and I would recommend her and ACMS to other patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is unorganized and does not care. I went in for an appointment on a knee and shoulder and when I got there they told me they could only do one. No one bothers to mention this 2 months prior when I booked the appointment and then have the audacity to ask me if I just don't need one done and we can forget about it. After me telling them I'm days away from having a baby and I can't just reschedule because they couldn't tell me this ahead of time they ended up getting me in for it all. It's now been 2 weeks and after now 3 calls from myself and 3 from my doctor's office they still have not sent my results to my doctor. I'm just sitting here in limbo with limited use of a leg and shoulder unable to see my doctor to begin the rehab process. This is completely unacceptable and my doctor tells me almost everyone he had go to this place is complaining about not getting results. Do I need to take the results myself next time to deliver them to my doctor on my own? Now when I try to call today they don't answer the phone, leave you on hold for 10 minutes and then send you to voicemail.

Left an appointment message on my phone for an unknown patient, also the head office does not have a permanent person answering the phone so you have to leave a message for callback - Westgrove Clinic is the same. Will not be returning to any ACMS places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to get some tests done to figure out what's going on with me. I believe the acting doctors name was Dr. Watts, but I could be mistaken. The staff were kind and understanding when told I could possibly faint if I stand too long, and made sure I was okay during my exams. There was a small mix up with my exams (I needed two done that day, they thought I only needed one) but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience for me, just had to wait a bit longer.
Dr. Watts showed me the images of my insides right there on the spot after taking them, showing me that everything looked good and explaining what he was looking for. I really appreciated that! It's really nice to be able to see what may going on, even if I don't understand it fully. He was also very chatty, which I liked since it helped take my mind off the tests. Lovely people. First time having an ultrasound done on me that wasn't a horrible experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a bit of a wait during the appointment. But Dr Asim was very thorough with my ultrasound. I had same ultrasound done somewhere else they couldn’t find anything wrong that was causing the pain.
Dr Asim was able to spot some inflammation around the abdomen that was causing the pain.
