D	Devon Byron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was recently a guard in Grande Prairie AB and all I gotta say is this. If your looking for work stay as far away from this company as possible. But hey if you like upper management who don't care about your well being and are border line retarded then maybe you'll enjoy it or if you enjoy pay getting shipped by courier from God knows where only to arrive 7 days late, then you'll like it here. Oh and if you like direct deposit then throw that out the window because it takes these guys 2-3 months to figure out that it's an thing. Go look for work somewhere else.

I applied through the company's website and received no response for a long time, so I followed up with a phone call. A man named David spoke with me, and we scheduled a meeting the very next day. I showed up at the time David and I agreed upon, announced my arrival to the receptionist, and then waited a long time. I informed the receptionist that the scheduled meeting had not yet taken place, and was told I could continue waiting and that David might come to speak with me. I got stood up and ended up wasting one and a half hours at that office. One other thing to note about my visit to the office is that the company does a lot of virtue signalling about employing non-white people, encouraging them to get a form from the HR department so they will be more likely to be selected over white applicants applying for the same position. This is blatant racism; a company or person that is NOT racist would not obsess over a person's skin color like GardaWorld does, and would instead look at the content of the applicant's character.

Girl on the front desk picked and said she's going to transfer to HR as she didn't had answer to my question, no one picked up at the HR office, called several time during the day, no answer. Even left a voicemail, no replies. Called the front desk again, gave her my contact as it was a very important question. Girl told me that HR will call may be within couple days, but nothing even after a week. So don't waste your time with them, they don't care about your business.
