He offered a lot of advice on the next steps and repair processes. His experience and charisma definitely helped make the best of a stressful situation. At first I was concerned Able towing being apart of sketchy tow trucking business that take advantage of collision victims but this was not the case! If I ever need assistance again, I know I'll be able trust and rely on them.
B	Benny7700 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They quoted one price, but once they had my vehicle in the compound, the price tripled, and the self described ‘big boss man’ offered to cut it down to just double what the quote was! I tried to argue, but he yelled, swore and then increased it to more than 3x the quote. Truly unprofessional!

He was friendly, and made him laugh, which helped him to relax and calm down after the accident. They also allowed us to come and pick up our stuff out of the car just before closing, as we live out of town. I definitely recommend, unless you don't want someone to make you smile and laugh after a crash.

K	Karan Dhatwalia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my vehicle was towed by this company in midnight as i got ticket from opp they called this company my vehicle was towed for 7 days and i was supposed to pick my vehicle after 7 days when i went there after 7 days they handed me hand made bill of 945 candian dollar bill i said visa and they said we take only cash and on bill it says visa debit or cash fine i went to bank and got some cash it to 15 minutes for me when i came back they added 65 dollars to my bill as waiting charges for what i dont know . and then when i came to see my car the car was damage tail lights were broken i asked then they said the car came as it we dont know and when i met the guy who towed my vehicle he said the car was safely brought i dont know what they did to your car i am shocked i paid almost 1000 dollar for what opp police says sue company worst people on this planet takeing advantage of immigrants anyway god is watching . i have proofs with me **

They are common criminals and know one should use this company! They do not care or respect there clients

The driver offered no estimates on cost and it was not clear where he was taking it. i called the next day and asked for our car to be released.. They refused and said it was the insurance company that they would listen too.. One week later and they are still holding our car prisoner.. Don't deal with this dishonest unscrupilous company.. There is no honesty when they will not release our car.
