I would reccomend it if you have a credit card and address. The atmosphere makes it feel like a bit of a boys club, which was not the greatest.
G	Greg Thornton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 30 days since my purchase of a Yocan Evolve Plus. I was frustrated the coils only worked for 1-2 uses, after being told they should last a few weeks. It's been in the back of my mind to make it up to the store, since staff said they'd replace the coil when I called a couple days after I bought the thing and it wasn't working. Unfortunately, I lost my wallet the other day, so I no longer have the receipt. I was hopeful there might be consideration for my circumstance, and was able to find the transaction on my credit card statement, but that doesn't work with store policy. So much for the shatter pen making life easier

I didn't realize I forgot my wallet and actually had no $ on me! He literally said "its on the house" & told me not to worry about it. Although it was only a few bucks, this gesture really left a good impression. He also gave me a drip tip for my vape because mine was loose. He did all this with a smile on his face and was really genuine. Stellar customer service. I'll definitely go back there and recommend to everyone!!!! A+ :)

I came in to store in September of 2017 with the intention of quitting smoking. I was given a crash course in vaping equipment that would my needs. Shown and sampled various juice flavours. Given detailed but easy to understand hands on instructions on use and Care of my chosen box mod and accessories. Had all of my questions answered. Walked out with everything I needed to get started at a very reasonable price and confident that this would work. All previous attempts with other methods having failed. Haven't touched a cigarette since 9 months and going strong. That you to the staff for all the support and encouragement along the way. Highly recommend if you were like me or a currently the the journey, stop in to check out the shop. You will not be disappointed. P.S. To the owner, you have to get your website up and running. If I ask “do you have something like this flavour?” They always have suggestions. Plus they just renovated the place recently and it’s super clean and inviting to come into. The employees are just nice dudes. No pressure to buy anything and only suggest things they think I might like not what they need to sell. Great place!
