He left and sent me another message saying he would do it for 100$ And ended up going down to 60$. I still didn’t use there service because they are the type of company that will try to milk you for every dollar when your down and need help. Will never call again

The agent from this company does not simply hangon the phone but instead ask other alternatives like if we can push the car out. It made me feel that they were so willing to help. The driver arrived super quick and towed my car to the dealership. There is only one problem: the receipt the driver gave me looks non-standard and does not contain a signature. I contacted the company for a new one but didn’t get response. If you need a receipt for reimbursements like me, make sure ask first. It is ok in my case since towing my car to dealer today is already a super huge help for me.

He was there within 15 minutes and was a complete gentleman charging a very reasonable rate even though it was a rushed service. In a situation where most towing companies would have taken advantage and charged a premium, Queens towing did the opposite and gave my family a break. This company has a conscience and delivers service excellence! As an entrepreneur and former small business owner myself, I am proud to know that there are great companies like this out there.
