I was told they would arrive in 45 mins, it was 2hrs 30 mins in -12° weather waiting in another car, then we discovered the car to be towed was “too frozen to the ground” to move, so you’d think they’d charge a small fee for their time which is reasonable but $113 and after 2.5hrs? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Unacceptable trash service.

He was kind, genuine, helpful, knowledgable and followed safe practices as my car was on the highway when the flat tire happened. I am very much grateful for his help and service and I would totally recommend.

N	Nate Burgon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an accident that required my vehicle to be be towed. They showed up before anyone else did. There were No injuries. Only my car was not drivable. They insisted I had to use them and I kept telling them I will call my own tow truck. Really bad pressure after a harrowing experience. Didn’t need an ambulance chaser to boot Was advised to use them by my insurance to clear the scene as my truck was about 90 minutes away. Told me they HAD to tow it to their storage compound first and then to a body shop tomorrow. I said no I want it to go right to the body shop and they said that’s not how they do things. I said I didn’t care I wanted it To go right to the body shop of my choice. They told me to call their dispatch and for lack of a better word “Amanda” was not pleasant. That is putting it nicely. Said I had no choice it was what the insurance wanted and I told her no that’s not what they wanted but their truck was already on scene. Quoted me more than I paid for my first house to tow it and clean up the scene and Retow it to my preferred body shop and I said no. I would wait for my choice of tow truck. What a racket this place is. Ambulance chasers. Aggressive and rude. Never use these people !!!!!

March 16, 11:16pm I witnessed a KW Towing truck tailgating and then go full speed down Ottawa street with zero regard for public safety. Its already well known all tow truck drivers only care about money and think they can speed around whenever and wherever. Congratulations you earned this review and did it to yourselves.
J	Julia Morrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous experience. Avoid this company at all costs. Got in an accident and had to get towed. First he asked where I wanted to go. When I said my preferred shop, he refused. He told me which one he wanted to take it to. I said no, take it to the shop I want. He says that’s not possible and proceeds to take my car to their tow yard against my will. I told him the police officer said I can get my car towed where I want. Tow truck driver says “he must be new, that’s not how it works”. He continues to lie and take my car to where he wants. My insurance then has trouble getting the car from the yard. They ONLY allow you to sign a release form in person. My insurance company tries to send a form I signed electronically (which other tow companies accept), but they refused. I called and the person on the phone did not know how signing things online works apparently. She also “has never heard of docusign”. So I go to Kitchener from another city in a friends car to sign the form. They then take weeks to negotiate with the insurance company to let the car be released. Absolute nightmare. This should not be legal. You should be ashamed.
l	lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a witness to a hit and run in Kitchener, off duty medic. Paramedics barley arrived before 3 KW towing tow trucks swarmed the scene. Keep in mind, police were not on scene yet at this time. Sharks surrounding a prey would be a good way to describe it…. A single vehicle, simple rear end on scene that was still in drivable condition, 3 trucks…. They listen to police scanners and rush to scenes. Towing companies get you with storage fees, rental and body shop kick backs and hustling. Check out some of their other reviews about ridiculous storage fees. Many times interfering with Fire, Ems and police operations and investigations on an accident scene. We have by-laws in KW stating tow trucks should not be within a certain distance unless called by a customer. Know your rights when it comes to towing. No one can force you to tow your car expect for a police officer. Call a company you trust, not the first truck that shows up

I was unlucky enough to have to use their services twice in 24 hours :’( BUT Joe and Mark literally were so kind and professional towards me I have nothing but nice things to say about the service I received. Joe actually ended up pulling in front of me as I was pulled over on the highway and his service was above and beyond. Mark had to tow my poor car after a car accident and I was literally SOBBING. He was so kind and compassionate and caring. Use this service they are EXCELLENT!
