They will tell customers that CAA will pay them back after you pay Code Yellow an overcharged price only to find out CAA will not pay you back. Drivers barely wear and PPE if any at all. Avoid these shady companies at all cost.

They charged my friend $600 for the whole 6 hour scenario just within the distance of Waterloo and Kitchener ., they are opening big mouth for money all they want to make money in every possible way .! Adding useless charges in the bill .! I would say Cheap people running the CHEAP company ✌️

They were very knowledgeable and let me know what my responsibilities are in such a situation (new for me) and what expectations there are since they work with police regularly. Crystal even negotiated a deal with me to help fix the situation when the other person resurfaced. It's great to have workers that are honest and transparent with you fromt the get go; they're willing to work with you and help out wherever they can as long as there's communication between the two of you. Excellent service.

I had to meet them at my mechanic and the driver, Shane was very accommodating, giving me lots of notice and arranging a time that worked for me. After he took my vehicle, I got a message that he had found a key and staff badge in the car - it was in a compartment I forgot to check. Not only did he let me know (which many drivers wouldn't bother doing), he also arranged to drop it off for me since I am currently without a vehicle. I would recommend them in a heartbeat - they went above and beyond for me.

The ladies at Ken's Code Yellow were extremely compassionate to my wife when she arrived at the scene. About 10 days later I arrived to check on my vehicle which rolled several times to see if I could recover any personal items from the wreckage. Once again the sisters were so great to deal with. They climbed in the vehicle assisting me. Certainly I would recommend this company. And I wish to personally thank them all for helping me and my family.
