Reckless and rude. Didn’t even check when they parked their tow truck. Edit: The driver helped to clean up the mess and restored as much as possible.

We needed a tow and called BBT based on a past positive experience. The driver was Dave. He was cheerful, helpful, concerned, and prompt. He had safety in mind as he hooked up and unhooked our vehicle. Excellent service with a smile and a "Merry Christmas" to boot! The towing charge was very reasonable and exactly as quoted.

Called becker brothers towing when I was having battery issues with my truck. Took a little while for someone to show up but when Troy arrived he was efficient, friendly & helpful. He was quick, knowledgeable & indulged my curiosities about the job & processes . Highly recommend. Price was great too.

Was so happy with the overall service for what should have been an absolutely unpleasant experience that I just had to leave a review. Quick accurate phone call, truck came by super quick, attendant was extremely friendly and knew his stuff. Cost was extremely reasonable and I would absolutely recommend this company if you need a tow.

All around excellent service. They towed a vehicle we had in an accident, called and got straight through to someone who arranged the tow. Driver showed up on scene within 10-15 minutes and was polite/professional/careful with the vehicle. Next day went to pick up belongings from the vehicle and again they were very nice and helpful and it was such a smooth process. Would not hesitate to use them again. Also their new facility on Strasburg Road is very nice, clean, and modern...nice change of pace from most automotive places and you can tell they care about their business and customers.

DO NOT CALL THIS TOW COMPANY! They will damage your car and DENY IT! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called Becker Bros to tow my new vehicle. When my car was being picked up on the tow truck the front end was dragged across the concrete of the driveway. Also, when my car arrived at the destination it was also dropped and scraped along the concrete. Even though we made the driver aware of the car scraping against the concrete and told him to stop immediately, the trucker continued to lift and drop my car causing damage to my front bumper. Being respectable, I called Becker Bros customer service line immediately after to approach them about the situation hoping for it to be resolved. I spoke to the representative and she called the driver. He had replied to her saying the car was scratched before and that did not happen. He completely lied! I have SEVERAL witnesses who saw this car getting scraped including the Seller of the vehicle! The representative at Becker Bros then responded to me as if I was wrong. After I spoke to the manager he was treating me terribly. I asked to speak to someone above him because I was getting stressed out. He did not let me speak to anyone else and he said “the owners will not return your call”. I am a young woman and they have taken complete advantage of me. They are not paying for the damages or giving me a refund of my tow service. They are trying to fight a 23 year old who is just buying their first new car. This service I have received from Becker Bros is terrible. Never go with this company! I have attached all images of the damage they have done to my new car. I attached the damages they did to the concrete. I took a photo prior to when they arrived of my car with no visible scratches. With proof and evidence of photos the towing company still treated me as if I was wrong. They still had terrible customer service. They were trying to fight me as much as possible so they wouldn’t have to pay a penny. This is not how you treat your customers. When in these situations you need to be understanding of both parties and professional. This company is very unprofessional! I highly DO NOT recommend them.

I needed a tow today as my battery died. Alex came to my home, was extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly and boosted my car and got it running. He is a keeper ... thank you so very much

This place! Staff on the phone were great, knowledgeable and diligent. Just on the ball with inquiries and a quick response if they needed to clarify something. Driver they sent was a good ol dude. All around great customer experience and a little refreshing in today's world! Keep up the good work guys!
