Active Towing

I would highly recommend it here, JR was the best and was very fast to come unlock my car door for me !!

Called for a tow at the start of a winter storm. Other companies declined because they were too busy pulling cars out of ditches and I was just a low-priority flat tire tow job. THREE FLATS mind you, but my car was upright so bottom of the list. Active towing handles the WRPS calls, which requires them to have larger fleet then the others, which meant they had availability to take my call. Seeing as I was low priority and there was a storm, I prepared for a long wait ( my car had been left parked overnight in a plaza lot 15 min from my house, which is where I was when I noticed almost all my tires were flat). Within 10 mins I saw the glowing lights of a flatbed truck coming towards me. It had only been ten minutes but here was the tow I needed after 10 short mins. The driver (Johnathon or John.. Can't recall which one) was superb. Helpful, quick and courteous he hitched my vehicle up, asked me where I was going. I mentioned my plan to take an Uber home but he insisted my partner and I hop in ( tons of extra room in those big cabs, with seatbelts too) and he would drop us at home since it was on his way! That was awesome because we saved the money we would have spent on that Uber. I left my gloves in his truck by accident, which I realized as soon as I came home. John called my cell, informed us he dropped our keys as instructed into the box at the mechanics and that one of must've left our new leather gloves on his seat! How great of him to call. He tossed them into our car. Great GREAT service! Price was LESS than in thought, which isn't a phrase I recall ever stating. Especially when it comes to needing a service like towing. They know they can charge whatever they want and if we need something towed, there's no choice but to pay it. I hope I don't need towing again, but if I do I know who I'll call! Active will be who I recommend to others as well. ¹1

I did not think my morning would turn into me calling for someone to unlock my van because my dog locked me out with the kids inside! My husband called this company and told them there were dogs and kids locked in the JR showed up within 10 mins! We has professional, he was quick! And he knew what it was to be in my sisutaion, he was so mind and caring. 10/10 best experience I have ever had!! I will be calling this company if I need anything! Thank you JR for everything!

Due to "stunt driving" my car was loaded up on a flatbed by the grouchiest grouch on the planet, then held by Active for 2 weeks. They charged me over $600 to retrieve my car....

Was recently in my first real car accident and had no clue what to do. A stranger on the scene helped calm me down and walk me through my next steps. That stranger turned out to be an off-duty Active tow driver who made an awful experience much better. I highly recommend Active towing and my tow driver Jr. (his name, like junior) who is exactly who you want in a situation like this.

The driver came within 30 minutes to help me jump start my battery when my car died. It was dark, rainy and cold, and I was 7 months pregnant. He was friendly, informative, and made me feel safe. The price he charged me was more than reasonable (about half of what Canadian Tire roadside quotes on their website for the same service). He also showed me exactly what was wrong with my battery and gave me a temporary fix to tide me over until I was able to get my car into a shop. 10/10

Fast & Friendly Service. Will be my preferred towing company to recommend. Great response time. Was expecting a long wait but they were there quickly to get me towed to my mechanic.
