The service over the phone and by email was amazing, the part was shipped out right away and arrived at my door days earlier than expected! The price was right too. I will definitely be ordering from here again!!!

My bike's pedal was broken and I went to buy spare parts from them, although they said they would not demand labor, they cut extra money from me.(I told them that I could fix it myself. than The young boy who worked there he said that the repair fee was free.)
Money is not earned easily at this time!!
If you want to be respected, I recommend you to go to other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service. The guy in the cash register was so rude I had to ask why he and the old man were so angry. I felt they hated their customers. I do not recommend doing business there, go somewhere else where customers are actually welcomed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to replace my bike’s crankshaft. The original quote ($50 for the new crankshaft plus $30 labour) blossomed into $180 because “new parts shouldn’t interact with old parts” so the chain needed to be replaced and once the chain is replaced then the rear cassette needs to be replaced (plus additional labor for each of those components). He said he couldn’t possibly only change the part I asked for because the “chain could slip and I could get into an accident and he’d have liability”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After researching new pedals I went in to ZM with my mind made up of what to buy...until i met Andrew. He explained pros and cons of at least a dozen different types of pedals...amazing lesson in pedal design. He then went on to explain the best type of shoe to wear. New pedals installed on the spot. Had me sit on my bike to check out the geometry...which i thought i had right...but i didn't...so he made some minor adjustments on the seat and brake levers. Amazing service and advice and so knowledgeable!!!
