★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the rice noodle soup with spicy sauce. The noodle has a large portion of noodles and delicious soup, although it is not as spicy as I expected. But if you want more toppings you may need to order some additionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the 【Spicy & Sour Rice Noodle Soup with Beef and Enoki Mushroom】. This is the rice noodle version of Suantang Beef, which is a classic dish in southwestern Chinese cuisine that features tender beef cutlets and a broth made with chilli and pickles. This dish does somewhat recreate the authentic heat of Suantang broth, mostly because of the Xiaomila chilli they added. It would be even better if they can add pepper or Huajiao which gives it a more complex spicy flavour. As for the beef cutlets, even though they had a nice balance between fat and meat, their texture was quite chewy which usually means they were not thoroughly defrosted before cooking. The rice noodles were perfectly cooked and paired well with the sharp flavour of the broth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is what you got if you order beef brisket rice via Uber Eats… Very little portion. Maybe 1/6 of the bowl. Well it seems that &17.99 is only for a base, you need to add more portions so it is enough for ONE PERSON???
