β β β β β It's one of the better donair places I've encountered. It's got friendly service and the food tastes pretty good. I recommend getting the donair plate and maybe some fries on the side.
It's also near the Amsterdam lounge...

β β β β β The chicken platter is great, especially with the fried potatoes and garlic sauce. Flavourful and reasonably priced. Sometimes they close early, wish they would post it online somewhere.

Went to pay for my order then a cockroach popped out by the cash register. I had to walk out i felt bad but honestly that was disgusting and the owners seen it before i did as he swatted at it before it appeared on my side. Ewwwww dont go here

β β β β β This place is one of my favourite lunch/ dinner spots in UBC University village. We often come here for the lunch platter of chicken , beef or shawarma which are wholesome , delicious with generous portion size at only ~9.5$. This donair place is cheaper than most of the chains and eateries in Vancouver serving shawarma platters and wraps. Their meat is well cooked , tender ; the sauces taste perfect with the meat , salad , rice and crispy potatoes. Though I find the pita bread to be a bit stiff and chewy.
Overall, the place is highly recommended for a quick lunch close to UBC .

β β β β β I ordered lamb and chicken donairs plate via Uber eat. Very generous amount, the meal comes with 2 sides and a pita bread. The chicken was super tasty and their potato wedges were delicious. The sauce on top was GREAT! As for the lamb, it wasnβt as tasty as the chicken but it was okay. However, the hummus is really bad and thatβs why Iβm rating them 4 stars.
Good Halal option in UBC area.
