β β β β β This place is okay and they do try but it just gets backed up a lot when it's busy. It can take a while to get your order and they are also slow for DD, UE, or Skip orders. It's clean though, I do see them cleaning regularly whenever I go here.

β β β β β Legendary for its 24 hour service, and also legendary for broken ice cream machines and chaos at the late hours of the weekend, the UBC McDβs is truly one of a kind. You have to appreciate it for what it is - an on-campus McDβs that is bombarded with drunk students and probably understaffed.
May it live on forever.

β β β β β Absolutely horrid customer service at the UBC McDonald's. 9 people behind the both chitchatting with no one to take your order. 10min just to get a Big Mac meal ready and everything is cold. Server litterly shoved his entire hand in the empty cup while putting in the bag. What? Soft drinks take like water that is off, no flavor. Tables are all dirty and sticky. Management needs to step in and get these folks in line. Avoid this McDonalds at all cost

β β β β β I encourage the McDonald's HQ to do evaluation for this branch especially in the morning where I saw the manager playing with her phone and it takes the whole 5 minutes to get my coffee where there's only 1 order in front of me and that was also a coffee too. So disappointing. And no this isn't the first time I got this kind of service.

β β β β β All burnt. Worst customer service. (Eg) asked for a paper bag but they refused to give it one saying that it was only for uber eats although I ordered 6 mc muffin meals.
