★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slimy, rotting spinach, brown, wilted lettuce. Staff not trained to take out the pieces going bad. Lady serving us put on gloves first, used spray bottle of cleaner, and then made our wraps with the same gloves. A very uncomfortable experience. If you catch them on a day where their ingredients are fresh, great. Otherwise, it’s gross and there is no measure of quality control, whatsoever. I wonder if they would be comfortable eating those ingredients themselves, or if they would suddenly have the sense to pick out the rotting food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered food from UBER Eats, delivered was fast and perfect but I have 2 ordered of cookies which it should be 4pc and I only got 2pc, that’s okay! BUT!!!! The cookies that I have ordered isn’t M&M cookies, I have ordered the double chocolate cookies and this is exactly what I got… I mean, if you guys didn’t have any other cookies than M&M you’d have to remove the item from delivery app.. why did you guys let customer receive the cookies which they don’t want it and get disappointed???? Only thing I can do from Uber is just got refund, but honestly!!!! This RUIN my day so badly!!!!! Please someone be more care about the situation and also manage the item on the app. I appreciate that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly slow. I ordered 4 wraps, all containing chicken. Instead of being efficient and grilling enough chicken for 4 wraps at the same time, each portion of chicken was grilled one at a time. We were the only people in the shop. It took over 20 minutes to complete our order. By the time the last wrap had been made, the first wrap had been sitting on the counter for 12-15 minutes.
The actual wrap itself was ok. Not great though. Would have been much better had it been warm.
