β β β β β The manager asked me to leave the store 1 minute after I walked in for no reason. I didn't do anything wrong , I was just looking for some photo paper . I asked him why and he said he was phoning the cops. So I waited for him to call and all he did was push buttons on his phone and kept yelling at me. It was clearly a case of discrimination. His name was Amit. Unbelievable! !!!

β β β β β Very friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of office essentials. What you can't find in the store can typically be found online. The online store is a great compliment to the bricks and mortar stores.

β β β β β Newer, well stocked Staples in the UBC Village. There's a lot for meter parking in the area. The service here was top notch. Was looking for a specific keyboard that I saw was in stock and the employee was able to direct me to exactly where it was. For some reason was not together with the other keyboards in the store. Convenient location, decent prices.

β β β β β This print shop used to be fast and professional.
These days, the service is slow and the staff seem overwhelmed. It's hard for them to print things in a professional and timely way.
Seemingly it's been turned into a DHS delivery place and the print shop has suffered.
I'm definitely looking for other options.

β β β β β If you would like an extremely slow and underwhelming customer service experience then Tommy is definitely the man to go to. The man himself, in the flesh will without a doubt proceed to assist all the customers who came after you when you needed a single page printed. Lets gooooo Tommy!

β β β β β Donβt have much experience with customer service there but the store itself is nice and well stocked. Thereβs also the characteristic sounds of the gym located upstairs (lots of booming/shaking when weights are dropped) so just an FYI.
Also as of August 2021, the opening hours are all wrong on here. Attached a (blurry) photo of the right times. Accurate as of the day I post this.
