★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neatly presented little store with great models on display to try out and unboxed specials on side-display etc...make for a smooth jump from 4th Ave into the world of sound, but what really changed my life, I mean it and say it again, changed my life, was Lorenzo’s very mild mannered and expert advice, homing in to exactly what level of sound enhancement would be right for our needs (I was shopping for our big family Christmas gift): the two Sonos 5’s I ended up buying— “which will give you true stereo...you can always add-on later” (even after I keenly enquired about the Sonos woofer Lorenzo implied would be “gilding the Lily” at this early stage for us)— following Lorenzo’s excellent and understandable technical breakdown, are just opening up a whole new world of listening pleasure and culture to us, at what could not be a more appropriate time. I could not recommend a visit to liquid sound more highly, and shopping there will have been one of the silver linings of our pandemic experience (fair pricing too, even though slightly higher pricing for that level of service and location would have been accepted by me)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed. Having bought equipment there in the past, I couldn't even solicit answers from them on simple issues. What a joke! While waiting to hear back from them I got help from other retailers.
Having now divested myself of everything I had bought from them, I cannot recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had our media room done by Liquid Sound. They recommended a system based on M&K speakers to create a truly immersive home theatre experience. The results are absolutely amazing. They were very pleasant to deal with and installed the system on time and on budget. All the cabling, racking and equipment installation were done to the highest professional standards. We had a great experience with Daniel and his team and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had two other contractors in other houses in different cities. Liquid Sound is by far the best experience I have had in installations and customer service. They are courteous, very knowledgeable, well trained, and professional in their execution. Previous installers had left the equipment rack looking like a rats nest, and Liquid Sound quickly transformed it into a proper professional rack. They followed up on post installation queries, and were very patient. They provided useful suggestions, but never pushed to try and sell any items. I have no hesitation in recommending them as excellent installers, providing superior service, with a great product.

Both the equipment and the install services were priced sharply and they truly care about the work they do. Would use them again and refer them without hesitation.
They recommended and installed super high quality products. They introduced me to monitor audio which is a great speaker brand with great features and build quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very carefully curated selection of extremely high quality audiophile equipment in 3 (soon to be 4) well-appointed listening rooms. The guys are patient, enthusiastic and personable. I was lucky enough to demo some superb gear in a very relaxed visit and with their expert advice on hand I have ended up with a new pair of speakers that I know I will be happy with for many years to come. I will be back here as soon as I have saved up enough for a new DAC.
