★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't speak for other departments but I had submitted an old double exposed film to be developed(unknowingly) and was having a bad day. When I got my pictures back I could have acted nicer as I thought I had been given the wrong photos when in reality I had somehow reused an extremely old film... Needless to say the man who runs the photo department handled my nonsense so well and professionally. Thank you for dealing with the situation so well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for the pharmacy. After 10+ years, will be looking for a different pharmacy. Filling out a prescription in under an hour is never an option anymore, and even within the same day seems to work only if you bug them a few times. Once I didn’t go to pick up a faxed prescription for a few days, and never got a text. Finally went to check after three days, and it wasn’t ready even then! It appeared that they didn’t even go through the faxes they received a few days ago. Online refills form gives time windows for refills (e.g., 4 hrs, 8 hrs), but when you show up after the designated number of hours they tell you you must add 24 hrs to these time windows!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is a gong show. Prices have gotten ridiculous. And the self-checkout insane. Why am I paying high prices to be my own cashier on the most complicated self checkout machines in town? It is like a seven-step process, inevitably requiring the attendant to reset something. Now with no bags, I bring my own bag, but if you place it on the the location where you would put a bag, the sensor assumes it is an item. Then the attendant is always trying to flog some item extra that I totally never want. So much easier at Shopper's DM and Loblaws. It can’t be covid, as I then went next door to IGA where I was given super friendly, personal service by a lovely lady at the checkout there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are always a loyal customers of this london drugstore location at Vine and West Broadway branch. We are not happy at all with the customer service we received today on this location, we went between 5:30pm to 6pm. We picked up our order from the customer service area and the lady staff inside the counter asked us to move around from one counter to another to pay the unit. The guy staff who gave us the heavy box on the cart didn't even help us to bring the heavy box on the parking area where our car parked. We are really dissappointed, very poor service. Please train your customer service staffs on how to assist your customers properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toomo, the service technician in the computer department is very helpful! I booked an appointment to replace my MacBook battery at 1:00pm, and received his phone call to pick up the laptop at 4:00pm, same day! The service was very fast, efficient and professional, all staff in the computer counter were very friendly. This will be the place to get all my Apple devices service. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff continue to wear masks and very good KN95 masks at that! It’s clear that LD management takes better care of staff that Shoppers. Will be transferring over to LD from Shoppers, and continuing to wear my mask to keep staff safe. Great bonus: in-store pickup for online purchases is free and ready in 2hrs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is bigger than some of their other stores. There are other services available such as key cutting, a post office and Translink bus tickets which is convenient.
Service was friendly and helpful staff. The store was clean with a good selection of products. There’s paid parking at the meters on West Broadway.
