I think that if this clinic placed one of those welcome mats that reads "GO AWAY" it would be more pleasant than the treatment you get from the reception staff. If you are not a registered patient at this clinic, you will be made feel as if you don't even have the right to ask how to become a patient. What happened to basic customer service at customer service positions? I am not asking for the royal treatment here, just a basic "we are not taking new patients now, I am afraid we can't help you" instead of the condescending attitude and complete apathy to explain things clearly. Please hang a sign that says you are not taking new patients and save your staff the trouble of having to talk to people in the neighbourhood.

Dr. Rawson is a hero we do not deserve - an excellent family doctor! Sadly, the receptionists at this clinic are the opposite. For a 7-doctor clinic with 2 receptionists behind the counter, waiting 10+ minutes on hold when calling seems suspicious. When they do answer, they are often impatient, rude, and make you feel like they have something much more important to do than talk to you. Maybe they are also solving climate change problems, I don't know, but booking appointments is always a very unpleasant experience...

My wife is seeing Dr. Brittany Moulson for her prenatal care at this clinic as part of the Birthdocs program. Dr. Moulson has been communicative, empathetic, kind, and is someone that we would highly recommend as your primary doctor. However, this clinic is one of the worst clinics we've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Review of the Clinic: The clinic is run by inefficient, ineffective, careless, apathetic group of staff who often have you wait 15+ minutes on the phone before you can speak with them and they are more than willing to overstep and abuse the privileges of their position to make decisions on behalf of the Doctors. My wife was suffering from a condition which was causing her immense discomfort and severely impacting her ability to sleep. The Doctor ordered bloodwork and started her on a treatment under the suspicion that she did indeed have this condition. Once the lab results were available, my wife called the clinic to ask to speak to the Doctor about the results, since she was still suffering and was anxious to hear from the Doctor. The clerks immediately told her that she had an upcoming appointment in a weeks time and that there was no way the doctor would be able to speak to her any sooner than that. The clerk made a patient care decision without consulting the doctor, a decision that should not be theirs to make, and at the same time was completely apathetic to my wife's sufferings. Overall, the experience with the administrative staff at this clinic has been completely dreadful and I would caution anyone that expects even the most basic level of service when relying on the staff at this clinic.

I can only rarely get through to the Broadway/Vine Highroads office. The phone line has been busy for two days now. Usually I get a looped recording that never connects to reception. How can I connect?

Dr. Moulson and Barra are amazing! They are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional.The clinic itself is conveniently located and the reception staff (specially Renee who is amazing and so kind) are always helpful and friendly. (Something that changed in the last year).

This is a very busy office but the staff take time to make sure your information is up-to-date and current. Renee, Christina, and Tania are very helpful and kind. Dr. Haque has been instrumental in connecting all the dots for me, as I have previously fallen through the proverbial cracks. I’m so very grateful that Dr. Haque and the lovely intern whose name has escaped me, were able to help me and get me on the right medications and referrals I needed. Thank you ?

I have been a patient of Dr Haque for over 5 years. She and the medical staff have always been solid and professional. The front office and reception make it nearly impossible to get to see the medical team. Customer service score maybe a one. They have no on line booking capability and if you get lucky enough to be put on hold, expect at least 30 min. I have been on hold twice today once for 35 min once for 45 min. I had to hang up both times. My medical issue,,, I need a referral for an eye specialist. This could be done by e mail request but there is no email listed on the website. Seriously considering dropping my family doctor, just to find a practice that is functional.

I do like my doctor here who I've been with for 30 years but sadly it may be time to find someone new. While all allied health professionals have been seeing patients in person for almost the whole of the pandemic, this office continues to insist on an initial phone consult for all appointments. The evidence is becoming clear that patients are suffering as a result of "virtual" care, that cancers are reaching an advanced stage because patients are not visiting their doctors and other medical issues are progressing beyond where the would if they were caught early on. Furthermore, this is allowing the doctors to double dip - they can bill each patient for the virtual visit and then again for the in-person visit if they deem that necessary. BC and Canada do not have the financial resources for this kind of wastefulness. I'm going to see a doctor who takes their Hippocratic Oath seriously. Oh, and don't try the "Book Online" button on their website. It makes you register and then double confirm with both phone and email authorization codes and when you try to book it just comes up null. I called the office and they said "Oh, no, we don't have online booking". Clearly no one with any authority at this place cares about their clients.
