Some people say it's more expensive but it's in my neighborhood, and it's more expensive to drive for less expensive groceries. I also like that they have European selections: except, I haven't seen polish mayo for a couple minutes so we need restocking!
P	Pauline Maden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are way to high now, $7.99 for coffe (Delights) brand is crazy to much. Safeway is $3.99 and elsewhere its aweful. Produce is hit and miss, my bananas were brown inside you get convieniance its close but you get twice as much elsewhere for the price.....lower your prices other stores can!
S	Sherry Cole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I'd like to start off by saying that the store overall is very good. The Meat department is exceptional and the bakery and vegetables are quite good too. Now the unfortunate part. I had a question regarding a few items that were out of stock that I could potentially order a case for myself, which I was directed to customer service. I then waited...say 7-8 minutes...but an eternity when someone should be with me within a minute. A manager(although you should reconsider) named Amid ,came strutting his way up along side another gentlemen, I proceeded to ask my question and he kept interrupting me saying orders have been complete nothing he can do, when In reality I just wanted to know if I could leave my name and number to potentially get it at another day. Terrible and very incompetent management. Someone needs to be trained from scratch again.
N	Noelle Kristian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loudmouthed guy with longish hair at the cashier should be informed that his job is to greet us pleasantly and ring through our groceries... not tell us each that we no longer have to wear masks. These are complex times. Basic respect would be him realizing that he has no idea whether we have highly vulnerable households and have lost family during the ongoing pandemic. Beyond that, he's not genuine or nice about it. He's smug and has a superiority complex as he implies that those who elect to wear masks are out of touch with the change. Everyone knows, buddy! He should be disciplined and removed from guest services if he can't just focus on friendly and kind service. Thanks.

It is a little more pricey than the big stores like Safeway but it has a little bit more quality. And IGA carries more items we like. I always enjoy shopping here. Yesterday we went to get my favorite type of tea and it was out because it was on sale. IGA carries good items and I like the selections. We will be back to get our favorite food items soon enough.
K	Katherine Lauriente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go-to IGA! I love the free parking, it's so helpful and I've never been unable to find a good spot and it's well-lit and it feels safe. And it's just so handy with the London Drugs being there too so anything that I can't find at the IGA, I can usually find at the London Drugs, which saves me several trips. The IGA staff are always friendly and helpful and I find that they have plenty of sales items that keep me coming back, as well as lovely fresh produce. The star as well laid out and it's not difficult to find what I'm looking for. As well as it is very clean.
