★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best for the most local and organic foods grown right here at home in BC. What I love is that I can shop here knowing I am helping our local farmers and keeping our economy going. We must grow more local and we must support our local farmers and producers. The meat and deli departments are pretty awesome too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A neighbourhood treasure. They have a great selection of both dry and perishable products. It’s a one stop shop for everything! Staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. They have an amazing assortment of live plants- I’m starting to grow a garden collection.
