★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Dr Ho today regarding pain in my hand and arm. I was very impressed. He spent a hour with me. Asking lots of questions regarding my pain. He listened to everything I had to say. I didn't feel rushed. He told me what exercises to do. And also supported me by sending me for a X-ray on my hand. What a great Dr! During these crazy times due to Covid. People are rushed to get you in and out. I highly recommend Dr Ho. Gentle manner. Great listener. He truly cares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Kinetix for some unusual symptoms after being turned away by countless practitioners. Andrea the office manager is amazing as were the doctors. I saw Dr. Helper and eventhough he wasn't sure what was wrong with me, he told me that if his referral wasn't successful to come back and we would figure it out somehow. He said he would not give up on me.
Feeling very hopeless at the time after being given up on by many other doctors, it made all the difference to have this support. And yes, I did recover! Thank you Dr. Helper

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw dr Zhang at Kinetix and I am so pleased with my visit. I had a lumbar cortisone injection and she was so knowledgeable and kind. The procedure was excellent and I am basically pain free, I can’t believe the relief I am feeling. I can finally get back to exercise and I can’t even explain how grateful I am. Thank you Dr Zhang!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Dr. Zhang via video and in person to discuss treatment options for my chronic low back pain. Dr. Zhang was extremely informative, thorough in her examination and friendly.
We discussed several treatment options and when to consider each one depending on pathology progression. Dr. Zhang was able to challenge previous findings by my GP and reinstill hope that my condition is manageable and not as restrictive as I was originally told.
I left feeling very happy and educated on my options down the road and recommend this clinic to anyone looking for more information on back issues.
Great communication with front desk staff as well who assisted with organizing my apt and coordinating reports to WorkSafeBC. Thank you Kinetix!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely impressed with this office. They were very professional and organized. I saw Dr. Helper initially for a consultation. He examined me and fully explained the pros and cons of having spinal injections. My pain was very acute and he assured me they would be done as soon as possible. Dr. Zhang did my injections and Dr Helper was present during the procedure. The injections were successful and my pain level decreased by 90 cent. I would highly recommend this office to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reallt disappointed with the. 1st time doctor forget to request my mri. After 3 months when i called she said they forget to mark 1 box. Finally got mri done after 9 months of waiting.
Got a call from them that my doctor is on maternity leave. Well i asked them to schedule me with other doctor. Got a call back from them that i have to get referrel again from some doctor to see another doctor in their clinic. Just complicating things for me .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see Dr. Helper with a herniated disc in my neck and after talking his advice I was back to full mobility within a week, pain free, months on I have no issues. I'd rate him higher if I could. The front desk staff very nice and accommodating when I was in a lot of pain at the time.
