I feel stronger, healthier,more balanced physically and emotionally. I am fitter and stronger with higher energy levels than I have had in previous years. My hormones are balanced, which allows me to be less reactive to the world. I have learnt through the guidance of Dr Dionne how to create balance in my work life and family life. I feel like Dr Dionne has put life back into me and now I can really enjoy my life. I like Dr Dionne's no nosence approach, she is honest, hard working, caring and I never feel like she wants to sell me supplements. Dr Dionne has studied the Wiley Protocol in depth, she has a deep knowledge and understands hormonal pathways. Dr Dionne is always up to date on current research and is well informed. Finally Dr Dionne's observant mannerisms leave no stone unturned. She will notice any small behaviours or the use of a word which gets her mind thinking.... Their lack of compassion towards my issues forced me to go the long difficult route on my own. I sincerely wish for them to learn a lesson from my experience and I'm sure they do a tremendous service to many others. Despite the fact that I was treated wrongly, and unfairly and almost cheated out of 350$, I let it go and forgive them.

The incredible care and attention to detail to symptoms and issues that were grossly over looked and dismissed by my regular physician led to discovering some pretty dramatic health problems that if not discovered could have led to worse suffering than was already being encountered. Things that were being dismissed as mere allergies, when I knew otherwise, Dr Kanwal confirmed and found and treated the root causes! I am forever grateful for her and her incredibly accommodating, friendly reception staff for all they have done and continue to do for me, my family, friends and clients whom I refer to Balance Medical and Dr. Kanwal! 5+ stars hands down!

I am a senior on a very small pension - the decision to use my meager savings to enlist the support of the Balance Medical Center and in paticular Doctor K Dionne MD was a life changing experience for me and my family. After years of chronic illness and a great deal of money time and personal commitment to wellness ,this one investment of money time and commitment gave me a new lease on life. I have enjoyed 2 years of both mental and physical health and if I find my health slipping Doctor D is my go to file - in our home Dr. D is a constant source of knowledge encouragement and guidance Jean

I wish she worked at a different clinic because I would follow her wherever she went. However, I left the clinic because of the unfriendly staff. I never had an issue, I had been going to this clinic for a couple years until a woman named Melissa started working there. Incredibly rude and short with patients, and I don't understand how you can work in healthcare with the attitude she presented to patients. Will not be returning.
