Miral was extremely knowledgeable not only about my injury but also about the therapy needed to help me heal. She always answered email queries promptly about my therapy/exercises and was also very compassionate. It's obvious that she cares about what she is doing !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist were nice and helped me sign in and pay very quickly. Rachel was great, she took the right amount of time to understand me and and talked to me ways I can help myself that actually feel doable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sid has changed my life. I’ve been working with him for nearly 2 years and he has stopped my daily chronic pain. I came to Sid with a herniated disc in my low back and shoulder & neck issues from a shoulder dislocation. He alleviated the pain through adjustments and educates on how to care for your bodies particular needs. I now only see Sid occasionally and I can mostly care for everything my body needs. I live an active life and I love it. I could go on and on but you get it :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Rachel Worsley for jaw physio and I can’t say enough good things about her. She is kind, professional, thorough, patient, compassionate, and so knowledgeable. She made me feel understood and safe and walked me through the treatment plan. Highly, highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience today with Clare,, who is a hand therapist. She explained my issue with visuals and provided further advice in a handout. i fit for splints and I look forward to trying them out.
I have also been to Cheryl for physiotherapy sessions on my neck and shoulders. She was very helpful , and also did some beneficial fascia work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sid is a very friendly and knowledgeable physio. He insures you understands your diagnosis and makes sure you have the tools and know how to work on at home. This helps speed up the rehab process and improve the condition more rapidly.
Sid has treated my many ailments for more than a decade and I would not go anywhere else.
