★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in for my pre-scheduled flu shots for me and my daughter. The receptionist looked annoyed that I’d come in at all, and she had to stop her conversation to acknowledge me. She told me to go “around back” for my shots. I asked another front desk person who said “go around back.” I had to ask what they meant and she finally said “fu shots are in the alley.”
There was no signage or anything, and when I finally found the right place the lady helping with the flu shots was friendly and helpful. The only good experience about this place. Would only come for a flu shot as they’re hard to get in for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place needs a major review of its online practices and contacting abilities. Website refers to a phone number that doesn't exist. When you actually find a phone number, the line rings and rings, with no option to leave a call back. (It's 2021). To book online requires to set up an account with "My Health Access". Once done, a message comes up saying that W10 Medical doesn't recognize my account and provides instructions to call that same phone number that doesn't exist. 15 minutes of my life I will never get back. Then I called back again and message says everyone is out to lunch. That I need to call back after lunch. Seriously. Brutal. You're only open from 9 until 4:30. And closed for lunch?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mary MacLellan, NP, recently became my new health professional. She is excellent, very thorough, patient and caring. I'm very happy to have her looking after my medical needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I called for information on a specialised treatment I was told they offer, and was immediately talked-over and yelled at, told "We don't just book appointments for 'some random' off the street".
After repeatedly trying to explain my request, which I had to repeat to her because she had not listened to or remembered what I said, she grew very irate and yelled that I needed to find a doctor elsewhere and hung up on me.
I would steer clear of this toxic place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mary MacLellan, the new Nurse Practitioner on staff is outstanding. She is extremely thorough, punctual and very pleasant to deal with. This clinic has been suffering for years with staff that seem way overworked, irritable and often careless (surprise - this is the case at most Vancouver clinics). However, Mary is a breath of fresh air and they are very lucky to have her. Thanks for all your great work, Mary!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always been met by very rude and unprofessional staff every time i Call to schedule an appointment. I get it everyone is frustrated because of Covid and all. I am extremely compassionate that the facility may be short staffed but the unprofessional attitude is uncalled for. We are all under pressure. I mean I would not be calling my DR just for just especially during this times. I am extremely disappointed. I love my family Dr but the staff goodness gracious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Yoon is the best Dr I’ve ever met - really just wants to help his patients and very helpful and attentive! The receptionist who helped me today was also really friendly and helpful (didn’t get her name). Never had any problems or complaints about the staff or the clinic!
