★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist organised an appointment for Tuesday January 8th at 15:45 which was the only one available for the entire week, I took the day off work and missed out on 200 dollars and when I arrived at Dr Bairds office the door was locked nobody was in and there was no note to say why. I waited 20 minutes and called the phone in the office twice to no avail. I didn't receive an email or phone call to tell me anything was wrong. This is absolutely disgraceful and so unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Baird has my doctor for decades. He and his staff are caring, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. With Covid they have added an online process that is a great compliment to their practice. It’s an efficient way to provide reception the background of your issue so they can prioritize, Hazra and May do a fabulous job of responding. Dr. Baird, like too much of our health care system has so much to do, but when you are in the appointment he is absolutely focused on you. He takes the time to ensure he has gotten everything he needs to understand. He also keeps great notes (in an electronic format), so he always is able to refer back in real time to get context and history. Lastly - he really cares about what is going on in your life. He is remarkable.
