Everyone who works there seems nice, but everything is always unorganized, crazy long waits, and every visit I’ve made, there is a communication error. It’s unfortunate because it poorly reflects on the doctors who work here. If you can avoid this place, I’d highly recommend finding an alternative.

Doctors are always late for phone appointments and then have a rubbish attitude towards you when they finally call. This whole phone appointments system is a big scam, the doctors get paid per "visit" and they rush you off the phone as quickly as possible so they can get as many calls done in the day.

Everytime I need to call to make an appointment or refill a prescription i have to deal with painful 20 min holds for no reason or no answer at all. Even tho the office isn't busy and there is no one in the lobby. The lady is incompetent and isn't doing a proper job it seems. It's a shame it's a great office but such a terrible lazy and rude receptionist. There's many other reviews saying the same thing. They should start listening and caring about their patients and communication. Will be following up with the Owner/Manager about this matter because it's a constant issue and advise others to do the same.
