β β β β β your food is fine, but please have your employees wear any hat or hair caps to prevent any strands of hair to get on anyoneβs food, as my burger had a strand of hair between the patty and the bottom bun

β β β β β This is one of the best A&W I have ever been. The place is kept pretty clean, also the service is fast.Β They have really polite and efficient staff members too from the times I've gone in person. All the staff members are very friendly.

β β β β β Yesterday I went to this food store, the store was not busy at all. The girl at the front named Jasmin did not ask me for the type of bun for my breakfast muffin. She asked me thrice for my order but did not get it what I was asking her. I returned the order to her because I wanted English Muffin but I got it on sesame bun. The staff and the manager did not reach out to me.

β β β β β Always reliably great food from A&W. Their emphasis now on fresh natural ingredients puts them at the top of fast food burger joints. UBC's location is no different. Received great service and lovely freshly cooked O-Rings. Beats the pants off of the "gourmet" burger shack just down the street. Way better value. Wish they'd offer some of the drive-in options the franchise is based on like Milkshakes and Sundaes ect. These would be great addictions to complete their menu...

β β β β β The best A&W I have been to recently. I asked for a fresh Beyond meat burger and the Manager went the extra mile to ensure all of the order was served fresh. Friendly staff and great customer service.. Will definitely come back for more!

β β β β β Went to A & W, UBC in the morning for breakfast and ordered bacon egger with only white part of egg. The lady at the front just told me to wait as it's a special order, so we need to make it fresh. I liked that they didn't hesitate to make a special order for me. I will go there more often as they are very friendly and nice. When I had the burger, she just asked me again, is everything fine with the burger. Both guy and lady were super nice with me.

β β β β β First of all, great food! I've been to several A&W's in the region, and this one had the crispiest and most delicious burger patty's by FAR. Also, one of the workers, I can't remember his name, I think it started with an A, was very kind and made very engaging conversation with me. I'd been having a really rough day and it definitely picked my spirits up and had me ending the day on a high note. He was the cashier, and it was about 2 in the morning, I don't how often he works there, but I honestly think this is the type of guy who just does everything in life to the best of his abilities. I hope truly hope the best for him.
