β β β β β *Update Dec 3, 2021: Had a very rude cashier tonight and I think this location may need some customer service training. Disappointing as my experiences in the past were very good. Her barking "you speak Chinese?" could have been racist (when I was shocked at how rudely she spoke to me). No apology and just went to playing on her phone while I bagged my groceries.*
So many good things in this store. Looks deceptively small from outside but it is packed. Enjoyed a seaweed banchan. Also excellent friendly service from an older woman (not a student) when I asked for help finding an item. Great to have these Korean foods available in this area.

β β β β β The fried chicken is not great, but not terrible. It is slightly soggy and bland. It might be just enough if you are craving fried chicken while on campus.

β β β β β Produce is sometimes mouldy or rotting. Iβve also seen carts of meat sitting out at room temperature for a while, before being stocked on the refrigerated shelves.
Convenient location, but overpriced. Other branches generally have better prices.
Decent selection of products, especially if youβre looking for Asian products.

β β β β β I tell my friends that you put one foot in this store or reach your hand out to pick up an item, it's $50 out of your bank account already. It's cheaper than flying to Asia to get the items, I suppose, but shopping here breaks the bank with a claw hammer, a sledge hammer, a ball peen hammer, and a hammerhead shark bite to your finances. Nice selection and the banchans are fresh but I don't want to pay $10.99 for smaller than a handful of marinated dried squid, just saying.

β β β β β I bought this item on Oct 17, only to realize later that its best before date is Sep 30. (This is more than two weeks!) I donβt recall any special offer or discount on this item. I recommend other customers pay special attentions when shopping in this place.

β β β β β My favorite go to place for Korean goodies and groceries. It can be a bit pricy though. I like all Korean stuffs from cookies, coffee, noodles, and especially seasoned meat. Their ready to eat meals are budget friendly and sometimes go on sale.
