β β β β β Great selection of mostly Korean grocery. Prices can be high, compared to competitors but have lots of items on sale at great prices. Love the small bakery, deli and korean restaurant inside.

β β β β β Absolutely disrespectful and appalling customer service staff. I had a friend buy 2 jars of jellies for me a few days ago. My friend only sent me the top part of the receipt indicating location, date, time and amount. She had thrown away her receipt and that was what I had as proof for the purchase. I went to return 2 jars of jellies because there was a chemical taste, which I was NOT going to give to children. The cashier tried it. They called two other βmanagersβ and everyone is trying jellies. The male manager said he would refund the two jars, and took one of the unopened jars and put it back on the shelf to be resold. The ladies at customer service were adamant they would not return $16 to a credit card, gift card or even cash. I asked if I could exchange for the same value for something else. They had to phone another manager. Then this lady comes out of no where, and she is the rudest. She basically tells me no one else has complained about the product and itβs my problem. I re-explain the situation to her, and she has the audacity to physically leave and go open a till. Iβm waiting another 10 mins, livid at this point at how rude this lady is. She refused to call a manager, and at this point Iβm not going to lose my cool over someone so low. After 40 mins of wasting my time. I leave with nothing, I guess they need to rip people off to make a living. I will never ever go to any Hmart stores again. Just pathetic.

β β β β β Selling expired foods! I purchased at the end of April and they are selling expired more than one month foods! BE AWARE ALART!!! Completely lost my trust to this H-mart brunch, seriously?

β β β β β If you need to satisfied your Korean fix, this is the grocery store for you. They sell everything under the sun including furniture. There is also a great little Korean BBQ chicken stand in-store. This is one of the largest H-marts in the lower mainland and there is plenty of parking. The prices are hit or miss with some being cheaper while others are more expensive then other grocery stores, but I recommend that you check this out if you what to try Korean food.

β β β β β Good store with lot of options to choose from Korean to Japanese food. They also have some products from the Philippines which I also like. Iβve been here couple times now, so far no complaint from the food to the staff, Attached is the picture which I usually buy from here: kimchi, bulgogi, Korean corn dog, okonomiyaki and samgak gimbap,

β β β β β I have been here only to buy pandan leaves. I always wanted to have a Korean clay pot . I checked on Amazon but was hesitant to buy as I was confused of the price and size . But yesterday I was checking the pictures inside the store and I saw they carry clay pots and I bought one fir myself I donβt know how many L it is but bought the biggest pot available there . I just cooked a chicken curry and I am so happy with it . I read lot of articles and watched videos how to care for. And the price was very reasonable in my opinion. Happy customer.

β β β β β This Korean grocer sells a lot of Asian products including vegetables that you donβt always find at other Asian grocery stores. Sometimes their produce is much cheaper than other grocery stores. I recently bought 3 bunches of green onions for $1 which is more than $1 for one bunch elsewhere. Their produce isnβt too shabby and fairly decent looking.
They have a good selection of goods & food items plus they also sell furniture (more Asian style) and housewares. Here youβll find everything you need for a hotpot dinner from food items to the hotpot itself.
Located in the Westbrook Centre shopping plaza off the Fraser Hwy, thereβs plenty of free parking. Opened 7 days a week from 8:30 am to 10 pm.
