Prices should be lowered. In general, customer service is good, service is quick, proper queue is maintained and most importantly burgers are pretty good, especially, Monty Mushroom (one of the cheaper yet amazing tasting ones) prices of sides are quite high so taking prices a bit down would be great!

A group of friends and I ordered 5 original burgers on Tuesday. We were ALL disappointed with the lack of pickle and flattened bun. Definitely the worst Triple O's Burger I have ever had. Definitely not worth the 20 minute line up.

This UBC location has the most friendly staff I gave 40 on a 35 dollar bill and tipped the rest and the lady was shocked I'm thinkin her reaction was like I gave her a red bill ot higher

Didn't take pics but it was only place open in ubc late night I was there to see my mom sing with her choir at the Chan center. But the tickets were oversold so I didn't get a seat. So was just killing time. I'll upload some pics of the surrounding area and all the trees and stuff it's at the far end of the campus by the water view point real beautiful scenery. I had fish and chips they were ok.

I usually never post reviews but here I am. SERVICE HERE IS 0. Ordered the simplest original burger with fries, IT TOOK 20 MINS to come out ALTHOUGH the food was right there on the counter already done made. The lady in charge of sending out the menu was so unrespectful and irresponsible. I have asked the woman to check if there was any mistake in the order, she did not even bother to ask my order number and just told me to wait. Cashiers receive as many orders as possible, but have no ability to serve the orders they received without making the customers wait for such a long time. Their organizing system is messed up and they don’t know what they’re doing most of the time. I ended up receiving the food that I ordered, but the plate had a different number on it.

Fast service, hot fries, and perfect original burger,covid protocol excellent,my go too on Tuesday with the original burger for 4.99 and combo up for 10.00 and with a drink.

Limited menu: most of what we wanted from the website was not available, just the core items. The fire alarm went off, and the lady that had taken our order actually brought the food to us outside. They forgot the salad we had ordered, but she had given us a free milkshake for no apparent reason other than my 8yo's charm.
