I just want to say this is the worst subway I have ever been to. The employees are lazy, careless, and tired. On a Sunday at 12:30pm, they didn’t have any bread. Multiple poor delivery service drivers had to wait around for half of an hour for their orders to be made. One of the employees was on her phone behind the counter. Overall, do NOT visit this subway and instead go somewhere else.

Very poor service overall. The griller did not work. The oven was not working. They keep soup in a plastic bag and then their heating containers because then they do not have to wash the container later, so the soup tastes like plastic. Imagine taking a bite from a hot glue stick with some mild flavour I do not recommend this place! It does not look like any improvements have been made since the previous bad reviews. Save your money it is not at all what the brand subway stands for, limited equipment, limited toppings below average service.

Provides incorrect order nearly 50% of the time on top of requesting tips as a fast food chain. If you're going to have your pinpad request tips at least get the order correct.

Extremely rude and zombie-like staff at this location. Workers clearly hate what they are doing and their negative energy is felt by all customers that visit their "restaurant". Usually there are 3 "workers" here at a time and all of them mostly use hand gestures to communicate with customers because speaking to customers or saying "hi" and "thank you" to them is too much of a hassle. I wonder what the training process is like at this location, it must be very torturous. On the other hand, they might simply hire people who cannot find jobs elsewhere because of their behaviour/anger. Will not be coming back to this location again.

Review Summary: Cross contamination, rude staff, stale bread. I have been to this subway many times over the years and have consistently been met with extremely poor customer service. In fact, I cannot think of one instance where staff were cheerful and helpful. When entering the store the workers NEVER greet customers. They act as if they cannot see you and ALWAYS serve themselves first, or use their cell phones/have conversations amongst themselves. Generally, there are two employees on the floor at a time. Usually, at least one of them will be on their cell phone ignoring a line up of customers. When taking sandwich orders the staff are cold, distant and have a rude demeanour. I also have noticed this location charges more for add ons than other Subway locations. To top things off the food is not fresh, I came in yesterday around noon and my sandwich was so hard it was difficult to eat. The staff have put things on my sandwich that I did not ask for, when I told them I didn't want it they removed it but the cross contamination had already occurred rendering the food inedible. Other times, I have come in the evening (long before closing) and the lazy staff have told me they already put some of the bread in the back. Rather than getting the choice of bread I requested they have told me its more convenient for me to choose another bread. They also have told me "dine in is closed" 30-45 minutes before the restaurant closes, so expect to sit in the rain eating your sandwich. I would really like to get in touch a manager or the owner of this subway.

Easily the worst subway I've been to in my life. The employees need to be treated better or something because they're always gloomy and depressed, resulting in sad and lazy sandwiches. There's a big and visible problem with cross contamination of different kinds of meats and they don't seem to clean any of their utensils since they're always covered in at least 3 different sauces

Ordered their new spicy crispy chicken sub on the app, when I opened it at home my sandwich was not the spicy chicken. They gave me the original one. On top of getting the wrong meat, wrong bread, missing few veggies I asked for.. this happens most of the time when mobile ordered. The worst part was the chicken, which was soggy and COLD. I live 3 mins away from subway…. I saw customers getting angry from lining up for 30 min and were told no more bread.. i guess they ran out of the bread i asked for but itd be nice if they tell me they ran out. Need to improve and train their employees.
