j	joe micks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything went smoothly and the staff were very nice. The issues people are having related to having to wait at night seem a little unfair. There were at least 3 or 4 other patients and the wiring process can take up to 45 minutes. You are allowed to check in early, indicate that you are leaving and what time you will be back. This would give the technicians an idea of when they can fit you in. Overall it was a pleasant enough experience.
M	Many Me's on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic had more of a hotel feel than a lab clinic. The nursing staff were attentive, courteous and efficient. The room was big and the queen sized bed was very comfortable and freshly laundered. Cleanliness prevailed throughout the facility. ok, the testing was uncomfortable but once we got past that, in the wee hours of the morning, I was able to get some quality sleep in a safe and friendly environment.

The treatment I received from them was exceptional! The rooms are quite comfortable with a queen bed and separate rooms for each patient and it is very clean.
s	safi vito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY VERY VERY difficult to get a follow up appointment. Have been trying to contact them so many times, but they do not give a call back for an appointment. I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea 2 months ago, but have not been able to start any treatment because of this clinic. Absolutely shameful of them to be so careless with their patients.

E	Erin Fortin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the most comfortable of experiences, what with all the sensors and everything, but the staff was really professional and courteous. As others have said, it took probably an hour and a bit after I arrived before they hooked me up with all the sensors and I could attempt sleep. But it takes quite a while to get through this process so I'm not terribly surprised and I dont fault them for it. The facilities were clean, linens were fresh, though I brought my own pillow. Though I believe all the rooms were full, I barely saw any other patients, which made the experience feel private. There was noise from a door closing every so often, and when the nurse walked down the hall I could feel the vibrations, this woke me up more than once. Overall I think this facility was good and would recommend.
O	Opeoluwa Kolade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience. I had a relatively quick follow up and the staff were amazing. Everything went without a hitch. I also want to highlight the nice man that got me situated and helped hook me up with the equipment: he was very professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time. It was my first time doing a sleep study and it couldn’t have gone better all things considered.
C	Chris Broughton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience, I had went for a updated sleep study due to the recall on my Dream Station. I was very impressed with the staff and their knowledge. Made me feel as comfortable as they could, considering the large amount of wires attached to my body. When you arrive you are screened for COVID and must wear a mask. Depending on your study that you are having done it definitely effects readiness time. Don't be in a rush because it takes time to prep with all the sensors and there are other people having it done as well. The staff are amazing and friendly and very detailed as to what is going to transpire over the night. Highly recommend York County Sleep Laboratory!
