I had a pulling feeling that I needed some help with my energy, so I reached out. And it was better than I could have expected. I can't describe the feelings I felt during and after, just lighter and "rightly content", but also buzzing with deep thoughts. The energy that Karen brings to her space is amazing. Her studio itself is a work of energetic art; you feel safe and protected while there. I would highly recommend her Reiki services to anyone. I would like to share how I became to know Karen, Reiki master. Almost three years ago, I began to feel unwell. Hormones, angst, breathing (I was asthmatic as a child, which developed into bronchitis in my late 20s and by my middle 30s quickly jumped from bronchitis to pneumonia) upset stomach, cortisol, concern for my mom, three kids, etc. I was in hospital twice within three months because my heart felt like it was racing, I couldn’t get a deep breath, I was awake every night between 2-6. Both times ECG were normal, X-rays showed lungs clear, and bloodwork good, etc. So I went home and still felt awful. I was referred to Karen from another holistic professional, and booked an appointment. My first two visits were using the Anogram. I was shocked when Karen said it showed results were stomach, spleen, lung, liver! Some “balancing” and that was the first night in almost a year, I slept all night. My third appointment was the beginning of weekly reiki treatments. After my first visit I was taking deeper breaths and felt a calmness I hadn’t experienced in a terribly long time. I felt a huge difference after every visit, and now with every treatment, I feel happier, I have more energy, no brain fog, a better appetite, no tightness in my chest (which I now know was spleen, not heart) and I look forward to my next appointment. I’m looking forward to getting on my bike again and living... My opinion - if you’re reading this because you don’t feel well, make an appointment. You’ll be glad you did. ?
