β β β β β I will not recommend this place! Had my sleep test 2 weeks ago in the middle of a pandemic (Toronto was in stage 1). After reading the reviews decided to be βalertβ when there.First of all very difficult to find the entrance dor, secondly the appearance of the beds were dirty and before I open the bed I started recording βjust in caseβ and thanks I did because I found a human hair right in the middle of the bed! Called the technician and showed him and said βWE ARE IN A MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC β so how come beds are like that? He apologized and I asked to change the bed sheets in front of me, he did and brought some other wrinkled sheets and put it on the bed, bed cover e didnβt changed and obviously I removed it bu I couldnβt sleep thinking in that! Morning time very unfriendly they came and removed all the wires and put a couple of papers on top of the table for me to answer and sign, two of those papers were impossible to read because of the lack of ink when they printed it so I did not fill it up and wrote βcannot readβ (took pictures). Donβt Know what will happen next because was not informed. After the technician unwired me and left the papers I was told βwhen done you can goβ so I havenβt see the person again. Difficult accessibility, dirty, unfriendly, poor interaction between worker and patients, no information provided as it should. However the worst was the cleaning since we were in a middle of a pandemic (COVID19)!! Do not go there, pick other place.

β β β β β If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a sleep study done months ago. They scheduled a day for me to come in and get my results. When I came in to get my results, the doctor was surprised to know I had a sleep study done at all. He exits the room to talk to the secretary and she admits to him that my test results have been lost. These are confidential medical documents that should be taken of the utmost care. My personal information is on these documents and they have been lost due to poor organizational skills by this clinic. Time and gas wasted. I will not be returning to this clinic nor will I recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

β β β β β I had an appointment on July 5, 2019 for a sleep over. the place was not very clean and the bed sheets were worn and old. I was then given an appointment for October 15 to get my results back! When I told them to reschedule the appointment, I was told that the next available appointment is yet another month away. when I complained that other sleep study centers give you the results back in a few weeks, they got very rude with me and told me that they will cancel my appointment all together and will send the results to my Doctor. I was surprised of this lack of compassion and excessive aggression and rudeness. It should not take 3-4 months to get the sleep study results back!

β β β β β I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
The first to arrive tonight at 8:25pm, shortly after 3 more people came after me. I waited for an hour till 9:30pm but no one came to hook me up to the wires, so I decided to lie down in bed. I turned down the sheets and saw a medium length thick black hair which was not mine. I then saw two red stains, two black stains and when I pulled the covers back fully, I saw a whole bunch of dark lint (looked like sock lint). I was disgusted and debated on whether to ask for new sheets or just leave. I decided to check the Google reviews and the first one I read said they don't change the sheets. The next one I read said "bedbugs". I jumped off the bed and "escaped" to my car while still in my pajamas! Not only did this place not change their sheets, they didn't take people in order or arrival, they got my name wrong and there were flies flying around in mid November. Enough said!

β β β β β I do not recommend women go here. There is no reception, no female workers present. I did not end up staying as I felt very uncomfortable. Also the reviews are horrifying.

β β β β β Going here was by far the worst experienceβ¦ please if you are reading this go else where or tell your doctor to send you else where. They do not care and are running on 1996 software meaning if you need documents signed it will literally take them 2-3 weeks to get them back to you, Iβve experienced this and now have to wait a month to get paid for leave because they fail to recognize that it is 2021 and sending emailed documents is much more reliant than faxing or sending documents through the mail.. a side from that the whole test is horrible of how they go about setting everything upβ¦ do not I repeat do not go here.

The communications between staff is not clear...I was instructed different from the staff when I arrived at the clinic...
I would not recommend it to nobody....

β β β β β I went into this with low expectations after seeing all the existing reviews that were already here. Can't say it was the worst experience, but for something that's meant to test sleep quality, the facility wasn't very conducive for that. Don't expect to actually get any rest. The electrodes and the wires you're hooked up to are, of course, a part of the test, but the rooms, bedding, sound containment and everything else is basically the bare minimum for a decent night's sleep. The staff member however was thorough and helpful, and he answered all my questions as needed. Not the worst, but there are definitely some minor things that could be done that would already make a big difference.
