D	Dai Jaimangal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my first visit where I was unable to sleep. First off no one explained to you that wake up is at 5 am. I probably had about 3 hours sleep. I was scheduled for another visit on Tuesday night, however I got really sick, sore throat, coughing, sneezing sneezing, fever and headaches. I called on the Saturday and Sunday before Tuesday to inform them leaving messages. I followed up on Monday morning and was told by the receptionist that I have to pay a cancellation fee. I was so upset, as the cancellation was due to illness, no one explained to me the cancellation policy, 3 days before your appointment you need to cancel. I find communication is lacking from at the time of booking, the technician who never explained what the process was and all the stuff he was going to put on me. The rush to get you out of the office after you get and they take all the wires off your front door .Did not know wake time was at 5 am if I had not ask. All these things should be fully explained. Dr. Sharma spoke nicely. But the staff!

How would anyone feel comfortable coming into the office to be treated if they are being humiliated by staff. Avoid this clinic at all costs - by far one of the worst experiences I have gone through on top of the humiliation and disrespect I have faced.
