★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place sucks. I went for a burger but they told me they are cleaning the grill. I waited 40 mins. Then asked again, but they were still cleaning the grill. Only chicken the i dont want chicken go too hhell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually have a good experience. But was given a hard time about a coupon. Said I can't use the coupon that was posted on A&W's website. Never had this problem before, and why would the coupon be on the company site for us not to use?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seldom write reviews but I wanted to call attention to this A&W location on Wilson at Keele for its professionalism and the quality of the food items I’ve received - always fresh and my coffee is made to perfection. I’m a regular at this location since it has opened and the service staff have been nothing but friendly to my family and I. I highly recommend this location to my friends and family, as well as the general public. Lots of parking, great location and kept clean!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needs strong management there! No receipts provided once u pay, the workers who prepare the food wear NO gloves and the lady who was working last Thursday on March 17 morning at 7AM was extremely rude the one got my order. I asked her for a receipt, and she took it and slammed it on the table.I spoke to a manager regarding her attitude. Hope the owner is reading this and follow up on these issues

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure what people have to whine about...what do you want ? Its a burger place not a Michelin star restaurant.. Is simple it's quick and my orders have always been fresh and well prepared . If something isn't up to your silver spooned mouths , they will fix it to calm your disgruntled poor minds .
On with the review ,
I enjoyed a double buddy with cheese., an Apple turnover and a coffee which they just freshly made .
This location also has a dedicated sink area where you can wash your hands without going into the washroom. They even have a disposal and tree return conveniently at the same location. The only thing that I found a little odd was the hand sanitizer to be exactly above the sink where you wash your hands... Please tell me I'm not the only one that thought it was soap ?
