Drive through attendant couldn't figure out how to use my gift card that was freshly purchased a month ago (have made a purchase with it a couple weeks back, still has $$$) and insisted the card just doesn't work. Tacos were fine, fries were terrible and undercooked. Would not return.

I use to work at this same taco bell/KFC so I can understand being frustrated but the rep shouldn't take it out on a random customer. Also, I remember management directed the taco bell cooks not to fill the tacos too much but this time my tacos had like 3 little pieces of cheese.

They speak over you when you attempt to order and if you correct them or mention the order is incorrect they become agitated. Cmon youre a paying customer show a little customer service. Completely rude staff and location has a wasp infestation with traps that havent been emptied in months.. really appealing, dead wasps that have mummified while you wait. This place violates their food handlers permit daily and im sure ontario health would have a field day never eating at this location again disgusting service and handling practices

Second, if you want hot sauce they will give you 1 or maybe 2 if your lucky. Third they cant get an order right to save their lives, might as well close your eyes and just tell them to suprise you when you order. Dont go here!

There were lots of cars behind and people were mad because we all just waited for so long. The employee came on and said they’re out of everything. This was a lie because we just heard the person in front of us place a big order. This is also a Taco Bell and KFC so you expect us to believe you’re out of everything??? This was also well before their closing time. The person behind me and I said they should have sent someone out to let the cars waiting know that they were out of things. The employee said “I don’t know you so why would we care”. I can’t believe it. I work in customer service myself so I’m shocked. I’ll never go back to this location.
