Food is good but they forgot my Thai iced milk tea :( Edit: changing my review to 5 stars. Been meaning to do so for a while now. The staff are consistently friendly and nice. Particularly there is one guy who is super friendly! Also I contacted about my Thai milk tea and was offered a free one.

Their food is kind of pricey but if you’re looking for something that isn’t just fast food (like Wendy’s) & will fill you up, check it out! I also recommend trying the Thai Iced Tea. I love it

The service I experienced here was excellent and the food was crafted consistently throughout my many visits. Rafael always delivers my order in a timely manner and his recommendations for new items never fails me. Speaking from previous experiences, I also appreciate the kindness that this location staffs provide. The Thai Double Fried Chicken was my recent order, and I too would recommend that. This would be one of my favourite place to visit when I am on campus.

Nice place. We went for two bowls and they were good - nothing amazing but still good in overall flavors and heat. The first combination tried was - Chilled Rice Noodles with Charred Sweet Potatoes, Roasted Edamame, Coconut Curry Tofu, Penang Curry, some Herbs, and Shallots. It was good. The heat from Penang Curry was good. The bowl was followed by a dessert of Sweet Mango Rice Parfait which I didn't like much. The rice didn't seem to be right for the pudding (or the one we are used to). The second combination tried was - Chilled Rice Noodles with Charred Sweet Potatoes, Lemongrass Corn, Coconut Curry Tofu, Sweet Chilli Lime, Fresh Thai Chilli and Crushed Peanuts. This one was good too. The Tofu was great in both the bowls. The second bowl was complemented with a drink of Good Drink Green Tea which was great. I would have loved to try the rice but unfortunately, the owner ran out of rice at that time and only had the chilled rice noodles. Overall, a very nice place in the university area to have a good hearty food.

It's an Asian restaurant on a university campus. You can't expect much. The Pad Thai is adequate at best. Sufficient portions, acceptable prices.

The lemon grass chicken we ordered has no chicken at all and the yum cubes are burned. I called them and asked where’s the chicken. They said they will call me back in 5 min but no one call me back at all. $16 for a small veggie box. It’s pretty ridiculous

The service was good, but the food was definitely not that good. For a higher price, I expected more. The pad thai as everyone said was only seasoned with fish sauce. Even a beginner cook can do better at cooking. The salad was quite bland too. Could’ve gone to thai express or a small business instead. This is so funny, because the website presented the menu as if the food was so extravagant and have meticulous ingredients

Pretty cool to see Basil Box serving some Filipino food! Interesting mix of chia seeds (I think) and other healthy add ons that wouldn't be found with a traditional silog. Only giving it a 4 star because I wanted chicken, but the server didn't ask/confirm and gave me beef instead. The beef was still good, but if there was a difference in price or someone with dietary restrictions, you'd want the server to be diligent with orders. Overall the food was great, but the customer service could've been improved on a bit.
