L	Lorraine Lowe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Mehrabian has been looking after me for over three years , unfortunately I haven't been able to see him in person because of other health issue with cancer, he calls me every month to make sure my neck issue are still being look after plus any other pain issues from cancer treatment . He compassionate , and great. Highly recommend.

But one of the main reasons I love this place is Nelly. She is very friendly and does a fantastic job. She went out of her way to accommodate me.

K	Kunle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Rozen was so disrespectful towards me.After my intial consultation with him in which he told me he could not help me.I got another referal to him and he was so eager to administer injections.This came as a suprise to me as he already mentioned he could not help me in my previous consultation and there was nothing wrong with me but he then proceeded to speak to me in a condescending manner. I would not recommend him to anyone.If I could give zero stars I will. There is no point looking into this issue for me.I never want to speak to anyone in this clinic regarding my situation but that Dr Rozen is terrible.

Right away communication was an issue and even after calling back more than once for clarification my questions weren't fully answered until I was referred to talk to a nurse. The receptionist seemed annoyed by any questions. They don't use any sedation or pain control during the procedures which was never communicated to me by the doctor. I had to call twice to find that out the day before my procedure. When I checked in, I was never asked to show ID or sign anything, never asked about medications I'm on or my pain levels. They also didn't seem very informed about who I was or what previous surgeries I've had. I ended up having a panic attack during the procedure and the doctor and nurse honestly just seemed annoyed and kept going. They seemed to just want to rush to get as many patients through as possible with the least amount of empathy or care.

I’m so thankful to all of them and right from the get go have been treated professionally, caring and most of all given hope for a more normal life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Lynne
J	Jack M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must admit that I am a difficult patient, and Dr. Rozen neutralizes me effortlessly. Pleasant staff and a solid facility. Would recommend an emergency chair inside your lobby as there are just not enough outside the office to accommodate the patient load. Your patients have chronic joint issues and having them stand is borderline questionable. Covid is here to stay and a better solution must be reached. I have had epidural lumbar injections from other doctors, and Dr. Rozen is by far the quickest and most accurate. He also refereed me to a nerve testing doctor whose tests displayed important information required by my neurosurgeon. He noted the tests were the reason we had a surgery consult to begin with. Thank you Dr. Rozen and everyone at The Pain Clinic!
S	Sandra Guti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Dima Rozen and the nurse Anna were awesome. I have been dealing with sciatic and lower back pain due to Spondylolisthelis for almost 2 and half years. Dr. Rozen was so fast that I didn't have time to practice my self-hypnosis techniques. However, he allowed me to play classical music "Richard Clayderman" during the procedure. His experience, patience, compassion and kind attitude make that clinic an excellent service. I feel so much gratitude for being able to walk with no pain and hopefully be ready for jogging, cycling, dancing and kayaking soon. Thank you for helping humanity and for the effort and energy you put out every day.
