I am a customer of Kinmed and I cannot say enough good things about Genia and Owen the owners of this business. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and received a prescription for a CPAP machine from the doctor. I searched online for a nearby seller of CPAP machines and came across Kinmed. From my first contact with Kinmed, it was obvious to me that they cared about their customers' well being. Owen was the one who fitted me with the proper machine and instructed me on how to use it. He was both extremely professional and polite. I was given a loaner machine until funding from the government could be straightened out. Communications from both Genia and Owen were always clear, prompt and cordial and I ended up receiving a top of the line machine and am extremely satisfied! I highly recommended Kinmed to anyone who needs a CPAP machine for sleep apnea. i will continue to support Kinmed for all my needs related to my sleep apnea. Thank you very much!!

Kinmed is transparent about the products they sell and provided excellent customer service. The ResMed Airsense 10 Auto was ready with all the correct settings the very next day after placing the order. This new machine is very quiet and comfortable with a full-faced Mirage Mask.

Owen and Genia are wonderful. They were so helpful in answering all of my questions and spent all the time I needed to ensure that I was fitted with the right mask and accessories. It is so rare to find this kind of honest and caring help. I can’t recommend them enough

Generally I don't want to leave bad review and affect small business. But with this one I am doing it gladly. When they quote you Air Sense 10 machine, after OHIP contribution, for more than $600 and $200-300 for a mask (which other business include in price) you see what is wrong. Also if they do not allow you to exchange mask for other model within a month (which other do) you have to ask why. Luckily there are other businesses who fairly price they products and provide excellent service. In my case it saved me THREE times less than what I would have paid for the same machine and a mask.OHIP should really look who they give licence to sell ADP (CPAP). ADDED after owner reply: You failed to explain why you sell Resmed CPAP Machine - AirSense 10 Elite w/ HumidAir with mask for $1,266 while same package other sell for $860 which is ONLY $406 MORE? Is that what you call "fair business practice"?

My first visit here today and I was given an appt. for 4pm. Upon arriving on time, the woman working named Saleem says " it's our half day and we have to leave soon". I didnt think much of the statement at that time n chose to ignore it as why give us an appt for the last part of the day if you were about to leave. Upon questioning regarding the cpap mask I needed the woman wouldn't listen to my concerns regarding my existing mask n kept saying that I need to come another day. I once again explained the mask I was looking for as per physician's recommendation which they didnt have n asked her what she could reccomend instead. To which she answered that I am being aggressive n must come another day. If as a customer the sales person thinks I am being aggressive then why ask me to come another day. They reason being she didnt want to work for the appt n wanted to leave she made an issue about me asking too many questions. This was ridiculous as a first time cpap customer I had questions about the comfort of the cpap mask n she refused to answer. The most incompetent person to be working as she had no knowledge about what mask to recommend n didnt want to help. Why would you have such a person on your team working who is not helpful when it come to people's health. I refuse to ever go back. Horrible experience ever.

Great service. They helped my source a machine when my old one broke down, they even called my doctor to update my prescription. I would highly recommend Kinmed.
