โ โ โ โ โ Got the roses on my birthday and by the next day they were almost dead, I was hoping they will come back to life if I cut the stems again, it didn't happen. I called the store and was told that they replace it, the new roses were given to me, but still after two days they are dying, didn't even open up. For $5 a flower, should be a better quality.

โ โ โ โ โ I got two bouquets recently and they were both gorgeous and unique. I asked to pick them up in the morning, and they were ready for me when I walked in - I didn't spend more than 3 minutes inside. They were well priced and I am definitely going back there if I need flowers again.

โ โ โ โ โ If I could give a 0 star I would. Terrible customer service. I purchased tulips for the beauty clinic I manage down the road, and the tulips did not bloom and dried out, even though I watered them and kept them in a well lit area. A coworker of mine also brought tulips to the office and hers bloomed beautifully! I walked back to this florist with the receipt and she refused to look at it or provide an exchange. I would not lie about this, why would there be a need for that? Iโm sure it would not have costed her much to replace the faulty tulips. It is too bad as I would have been a repeat customer and recommended the shop to friends, family and clients. Really too bad. Do not recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought 2 dozen Premium Roses like always for the last 2 years. The lady on the phone told me $120 if I paid cash like always. When I got there I was given regular bouquet roses and not the premium ones I ordered. Anyways, it's Valentines day on a Monday and I can't go out of my way on a busy schedule elsewhere last-minute. I pulled out exactly $120 cash and attempted to pay the lady at the cash (seemed like the owner) and she rudely THREW the cash back and said "NO ITS $135". I went back to my car and got some extra cash I luckily had in my glove box and paid her.
Would have gave 2 stars but no they deserve a 1 for the owners arrogant behavior. I was always treated well and with a smile by an Asian lady who works there (very nice always has a smile and great customer service). Short hair owner can't say the same. Anyways flowers were wilted second day.
Tried to give the local flower shop some business but they don't deserve it! Seems like on slower days they beg for your business and busy days all ethics down the drain. I'll take my business elsewhere.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโve ordered bouquets from here for Motherโs Day, birthdays, and funerals. They are my go-to florist. The flowers are always fresh, beautifully arranged, and last a long time. The shop is also easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. Highly recommend!
