I looked up reliable and quality flower delivery services in my area and Newmarket division of Canada Flowers was the first result on Google. The website was clear and accessible. My desired flower arrangement came in three different qualities according to fullness, aesthetic, and pricing. The flowers were delivered in one day; the buds were high quality, the fragrance fresh, and overall appearance lovely. Even the glass vase was minimalistic and beautiful. You get what you pay for. Would recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Everything was gorgeous however I sent flowers for my moms birthday and rather than getting to enjoy them on her birthday she received them close to 6pm. Her birthday was almost done. Definitely need to be delivered before noon. I wish that was an option. Great service when I called to find out where my order was though. Just disappointed my mom didnโt get her flowers in the morning like a florist locally would do.

โ โ โ โ โ My daughter loves the colour purple and also chocolates. She was not well the other day and I knew she needed something cheerful and fun. I was able to find some gorgeous purple tulips, which were sent along with chocolates. I was so happy to see the wide selection of colours, arrangements, and prices to suit every budget.
My daughter loved the bouquet and sent me pictures. It was exactly what I wanted for her. Thank you! I don't send flowers often (not in years!), but this was a fabulous outcome.
I recommend Canada Flowers wholeheartedly. Thanks again!

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered a premium bouquet a few days ago and weโre super disappointed. This florist works with a network of other florists, so although they have great ratings here, our bouquet actually came from one of their affiliates, GTA Flowers that has a 2 star rating. The bouquet that was delivered was so old that within 2-3 days the flowers started falling off- so much for premium!! When we notified Canada Florist, they opened an investigation and we havenโt heard back from them for 6 days. Avoid this place if youโre looking for an honest florist that actually gives you what you paid for.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible experience with this place and I do not recommend and use their service ever again!
I ordered a Premium sympathy flower arrangement (first picture) for a co-worker. What she received was far from Premium!
The lilies were all closed and a few roses here and there ( second picture) and not very fresh either! By the time lilies opened, the roses were drooping and dying.
The excuse CANADAFLOWERS.CA had was that the lilies were closed because of durability! Since when durability is a factor for sympathy flowers? When people order sympathy flowers they want to send nice looking arrangements, not a bunch of closed flowers.
They do not care about your bad experience and all did was offering 15% discount for the next purchase as if I would use their service again.
Save yourself from embarrassment because what you order is not what will be delivered!
Update: What they have done after reading my review is pointing out a typo! Not offering any solutions or anything to improve this terrible experience!
