โ โ โ โ โ The flowers were absolutely perfect and beautiful. But I order chocolates to go with them, very disappointed as I could buy them for 6.00 and was charged 18.00. Was told it was a nice box of chocolates and it was not. Will never order chocolates again .

โ โ โ โ โ This was my first time ordering and overall the experience was excellent. Navigating the website - no issues, great selection of flowers, confirmation of my order email received, and the recipient said the flowers she received were very beautiful. Highly recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ The flowers were pretty & looked like what I ordered. The only complaint is that they were delivered a day earlier than requested. Not a huge deal but when you want someone to receive flowers on their birthday, a day early is a little disappointing

โ โ โ โ โ Ordering an item one is never going to see in person is a daunting proposition. Added to that, there were a few reviews I had read about CanadaFlowers that made me hesitate, however I liked a birthday basket listed, so decided to chance it. I am sure glad I did!
The basket arrived as listed, (Recipient took a photo) my sister-in-law was tickled, and I was so pleased with not only the basket, but the prompt manner in which the order was handled.
Ordered one day, delivered bright and early the next. A positive transaction, I will definitely order from CanadaFlowers again!
This order was delivered in the city of Regina.

โ โ โ โ โ I wanted to Thank you for your Excellent Service. We sent a Sympathy Arrangement to a friend and it was received on time as promised. We havent needed to send flowers this way many times and were a bit anxious that the delivery would be smooth.

โ โ โ โ โ The flowers were beautiful but they forgot the โHappy Birthdayโ balloon that was included with the flowers. To me the balloon is just as important as the flowers. It was my grand-daughters 21st birthday in another province. We couldnโt be together so I wanted the delivery to be extra specialโฆ
I called the toll free number after the weekend & talked to a very nice gal. She confirmed the balloon had not been sent. She asked if I wanted a refund. I said No I wanted the balloon delivered!! After a short time on hold I was told that not only one but two balloons were being delivered today!!
With the cost of everything today itโs important that orders be filled with perfection.
I was happy with the outcome. They made a wrong a right. But I wish they had got it right the first time.
I will however order from them againโฆ??
