I ordered a sympathy basket to be delivered 3 days ago and have not heard from them. There is no answer at the phone #. For 185$ I am beyond disappointed. Not happy!

I ordered some baskets for my friends birthdays since I couldn't see them in person, and they loved them! the website was quick and easy so that was also a bonus.

Absolutely wonderful! We got same day delivery of a beautiful bouquet of birthday cookies - a unique gift that was well appreciated. Service was efficient and friendly. I'll definitely use this again!

I received an email that the basket we ordered was unable to be delivered because they could not get in touch with the recipient. I responded to the initial email, and then replied a few days later to provide an alternate contact number. I called back the following week and was told they had been emailing me almost every day as they still were not able to get in touch with the recipient. I explained that I received their first email and had even responded. I then called back a few hours later to see if they had got in touch with the recipient and asked how we would get a copy of our receipt. Once again, I was told that all these emails are being sent to me. I asked if there was another way they could send me the receipt, and instead of offering an alternative they said they would email it again. I ended up contacting my tech support to see if these emails were being blocked, which ended up being the cause of the issue. However there was only one email from July 16th, even though I was initially told they had been emailing me everyday? All I was looking to get out of these phone calls was to confirm delivery and find out how to get a receipt. Instead, I was met with someone who was very short with me on the phone, over something I had no control over. If they had been trying to email me for a week, I’m not sure why they wouldn’t have tried calling me? The lack of try is very disappointing. As someone who works in customer service, I can't imagine talking to one of our clients that way.
