I was not able to return to my home in Winnipeg in time to attend a special Chinese lunar new year Dinner with friends due to extra tests having to be done. I called the edible arrangements and within 10 minutes everything was done exactly how I needed it to be. I received a lovely thank you from my friends to receive this beautiful arrangement they were so pleased. They ended up making at the centre arrangements on their dinner table. Diana McNeill

It was an absolute disappointment for the price I paid. Perhaps the artist wasn’t up to shining that day but I would suggest a different location if trying to place an order again.

Received notice that my order was delivered on time and at the right location on the same day. Great product and simple to order.

I have received a package, and just hgav one to singing; and both were very appreciated and enjoyed . I was able to think up this idea, and have it delivered by supper time, all in one day. Very highly recommended for a unique gift! I was when able to phone on my order to ensure same day service. Thank you Edible Arrangements!

This week I ordered a small box sent to a senior in a residence. She was thrilled, said it was beautiful. Excellent service, what more can I say!

They missed the items as well the message from the order, so my son was wondering who sent the birthday surprise and called several people before he could find out. One item was missed. I called on April 6 to the customer service to complain, waited for 20 minutes and they could not find anything so they said the store supervisor will call - no body called. I called again on April 8, the girl was very casual and said no worries I will refund. I said can I speak to your supervisor, she said sure I have left a message and she will call you later. 10 days gone by no one called and I called again and the same girl was there and said may be my supervisor did not see the message but she will call. Finally the supervisor called and said the employee forgot to leave a message for me and I only received it today. She said it is impossible that the birthday message was not there with the cake. Also the delivery guy may have had a bad day so item was missed and she was laughing all the way. She says it happens, and I take it happens all the time, and said item missed was refunded, so end of story! Very frustrated with the experience and all the happiness and pleasure of sending birthday surprise was gone, will never use Edible arrangements!
