★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called McDiarmid Flowers the day before to ask if they had marriage licenses and the lady told me she would have them the next day from 1-5 p.m. I went there the next day at 12:30 p.m. hoping to beat the rush only to be greeted by a woman who was rude to me as soon as I asked for a marriage license. She told me they were sold out, but I was confused because she told me they were available by 1-5, so how could they be sold out by then? I would have been understanding but she was very rude and standoffish by me even just inquiring.

Their arrangements are always fresh and imaginative, the staff is easy to work with and their deliveries are consistently reliable. They clearly understand the importance of customer service, a quality that is often lacking these days (yes, I realize I sound like an old codger). I will never use another florist.
