L	Lisette Locken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a sunny bright arrangement for a friend to lift her spirits. Instead Bloomex substituted a generic arrangement in a very ugly vase. Their terms and conditions allow them to do this without notifying you of what is being substituted. Not cool Bloomex! They offered me a credit on my next purchase to compensate. 2 stars because the flowers were fresh and the delivery was fast.

Bloomex customer service was at least able to refund the express delivery fee because the delivery was not made in the morning as promised. In addition, their system sent me an email saying it was delivered when in fact it was not. There system then went back and fourth between sending out emails to me saying it's in transit AFTER it was delivered. In the end, it seems like the flowers delivered were good enough. The 800 number is easy to get a real person to talk to but their delivery system needs some work.

I ordered online and since then, I use this website for more convenience. The prices are also reasonable for the nice variety bouquets and flowers of your choice on your mood and occasion. I highly recommend Bloomex Flowers and I’m pretty sure that you’ll get attached to them. Way to go!

No matter how bad the service and quality of product they will never refund you. Only offer in store credit so that you spend more money there. They are not about customer service at all. They are only about the all mighty $$. Worst experience I’ve ever had and honestly the worst flowers I’ve ever received. I could have spent half the money at the local grocery store and got much nicer flowers. To think that an arrangement of Gerber Daisies can just be replaced by carnation flowers that are wilted and dying etc is acceptable to them. Sorry your policy on substituting with equal or greater value flower is a joke. Why not take the human approach and contact the customer to see if they would prefer something else seeing as what you sold them in first place you don’t even have! It’s like ordering from a restaurant through a delivery service and you order steak but they don’t have any left so they just substitute it with meatloaf instead. Seems about right!

Their website is user friendly and I was provided with updates along the way, service was quick and prices are reasonable (it seems that Bloomex will also sometimes send clients discount coupons after a purchase which is lovely). I recommend this business for floral needs.

I selected a blue bouquet for a new baby boy and the flowers that were sent looked nothing like what I paid for; not a single blue flower but tons of pink instead. How embarrassing.

We decided to order from them due to affordability and the promise of being delivered on time. I ordered flowers for my mother's funeral and was guaranteed they would be here for a Friday delivery. The flowers showed up four days later. The flowers were also not what I had ordered. I ordered classic white and yellow daisies and this photo is what I received. Very disappointed in the response from Bloomex as well. I wanted a refund and instead they only offer a gift basket with the same value or a store credit. If I was a customer that didn't want to continue business with Bloomex, I would want my money back, but they would not give us that option. Not impressed.
