Ordered a bouquet for my elderly Mom for Mother's Day. The wrong bouquet was sent. The owner insisted the correct bouquet had been sent until I sent her a side by side photo. She acknowledged that it was the wrong order & delivered another bouquet today. The original order included an upgrade from "nice" to "nicer". The second bouquet was also not as advertised nor was it upgraded. Certainly not worth $100. Will not be using Valley Flowers again, not only because of 2 incorrect orders, but also due to the lack of caring from the owner. *To clarify, I was not upset that I had to send in a photo. I had already done so. It was the rude email that I received insisting that the order was correct. It was very classless to ask an elderly woman to wrap up the wrong bouquet in a bag for exchange, only to bring the incorrect bouquet the second time. Accept responsibility for your actions Sheila. This is very poor customer service. I WAS a long time customer. From reading other reviews it appears that you dislike working with long distance customers. Bottom line...you made an elderly woman, my mother, upset at Mother's Day with your unprofessionalism.

Once I had realized the fault was mine I paid the extra delivery charge. The flowers are beautiful and service was exemplary. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the charge for making a second same day delivery is not clearly written, just don't be stupid like I was and double check your invoice.

They just delivered a beautiful arrangement for my wife’s birthday with an abundance of her favourite flowers (stargazer Lillie’s ) and I was glorious. I’d never use another florist. Even they’re on the wrong side of the bridge now I still consider them the north ends best small business

From the first time that we started the process the team was great they added things that I could never think of for my wedding, it was absolutely an amazing experience. With Covid there were a couple changes to the wedding lineup and it was so easy to get in touch with the group and have everything switched over. I would give them more stars if I could!!!
