★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have hired DeVries Construction & Renovation over the past years to demolish and build a new single detached garage, totally renovating our kitchen with new cupboards, granite counter, back splash, laminate flooring, new lighting, painting, appliance installation and new windows in the home. Also, had bathroom pipe leak repaired and basement wall crack repaired along with replacing the basement bedroom interior wall. Dave DeVries takes time in professionally explaining quotations and giving cost adjustment and area improvement advice where needed. Customer Service is great and always repsectful of the customers property. We highly recommend DeVries Constructioin & Renovation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Dave to redo the front exterior of our home as well as remove the paint from the back wall. The front is done beautifully, we are both very happy with how it turned out.
The back is a different story. He removed the exterior paint at which some of the stucco came off as well, he said he would do some minor patch work which was never done, he also never addressed the fact that some stucco came off in large patches. We phoned him to which he said he would come give a quote. He came by but its over 2 weeks and still no quote or work done even with a follow up phone call. Now he's not returning our phone calls.

We can't say enough about quality of work, & ability to execute (stay on schedule, deliver exactly what we ask for). Dave was the most knowledgeable contractor we had out to give us a quote and he also gave us the most detailed quote from the 4 we got. We were very pleasantly surprised that our project finished up on budget (from previous experience this was something we were not anticipating haha) and wecouldn't be happier with the final product. Looking forward to tackling the basement next!

We were referred to DeVries Construction through friends of ours that had their kitchen redone with DeVries and they were incredibly happy so we decided to call. Right from the start at the first consultation with Dave we could see the differences between him and the other contractors we had had in. Dave was really helpful with ideas on using the space as well as extremely knowledgeable about everything we talked about.
It took a bit longer than we had hoped to get the estimate back but after we received it the process was great. Once we started the project everything ran smoothly. Dave or Richard were great at explaining the projects process and giving updates on progress. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and will be more than happy to call Dave and his team back when we are ready to do our Kitchen.

We wanted something that our family could relax in, our kids could play in and that would add value to our house when reselling. DeVries Construction delivered. In 8 weeks’, they added a full suite Bathroom, finished laundry room, office, recreational and mechanical room. I was worried that the work would be sub-par, have leaks or just be plain mediocre but the team exceeded my expectations and delivered a finished basement that I am proud of and better than my family dreamed of.
Dave, Richard and all the workers were nothing but genuine and professional. They went through the plans time and time again, were communicative of any changes and decisions that needed to be made and were more than available to answer any questions we had through the whole process. They cleaned up at the end of everyday and went through their work with a tooth-comb to ensure they only delivered fine quality workmanship.
I recommend them and vouch that you will be receiving professional, high quality work from a great Winnipeg business. When we begin to plan our next major renovation, I won’t hesitate to reach out to DeVries Construction again.
